About
There are so many roles I am trying to fulfill these days: Mother, daughter, wife, sister, activist, researcher, student, artist, friend. I won’t fit in any of those drawers, and into all of them, somehow.
Married to a man who makes me feel at home wherever we are, mother to a son who is still so small and yet so big already, researcher on issues of war and peace, I spend my time trying to stay sane, calm and devoted.
In my life, I am looking for thunder, lightning and the calm after the storm. Will you help me find it?

Thanks for your comments on Whisperings of Motherhood. It’s important to feel myself seen, and reflected back… And as I wander through your blog entries, soaking up your words and images, I’m grateful to have found this space.

Just saw your name and that you were working on a peace doctoral (0ver at The Portfolio Project) – i would love to write you a quick note (if you are interesteed) about someone I know in Israel, who is a peace advocate as well..who has lived in Israel for years (comes from U.S.)- and wildy – your”I am looking for thunder, lightning and the calm after the storm.” note above made me think of her…
