Okay. Love that post. Love that site and those movies you listed in that bio. Have you seen Elizabethtown (2005)? Just saw that last week and you might like it. The building the house with eight families completely rocks my world, too. Wish we were one of them!

Lookin' hot, momma! I saw Sebastian's tweet about your news appearance, but after the fact. Then I thought it probably was in German, anyway, but I would have loved to see you in action anyway.

Thanks for your comments on Whisperings of Motherhood. It's important to feel myself seen, and reflected back... And as I wander through your blog entries, soaking up your words and images, I'm grateful to have found this space.

You say that "it’s so much easier to blame others if it didn’t work out." But the rest of your post sounds like you're blaming yourself anyway, for not grabbing the reins. In my experience of avoiding my own dreams and then finally grabbing the reins, I've learned that it's not a one-time decision. I think we have to choose every day to live the life we want. Hm, maybe that sounds daunting. I don't mean it to. I hope you'll be encouraged to grab the reins today, and then try it again tomorrow. Again and again, until you realize you're no longer afraid. There's so many of us doing the same thing.

Oh, I love this! Knitting is so good for your artist brain. Working on my first (easiest ever) sweater now...

And you have me thinking now about how to discern the project goals. Maybe we'll talk about that soon.
