Again, this one was difficult. Hence the lateness. I think I will have to go back to the year 2005 for this, the year in which I first tasted Ethiopian food. It was sensational. Literally. Most dishes are served on a certain kind of bread, injera, and shared from a common plate. It’s spicy, rich, and absolutely delicious. Also, the ritual of sharing stands for loyalty and friendship – and it’s a lot of fun!
